The Chefitt Chef Kit Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Miniature Harvest and Redmon Strategic Ventures (together, the "Sponsors"), 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, TX 78731. The Giveaway is promoted under the Chefitt name.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Employees, officers and directors of either Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and anyone living in the same household as those people are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsors' computer clock is the official clock for the Giveaway.
There are two ways to be entered:
To count, your email address must still be an active subscriber to the Chefitt newsletter at the end of the Entry Period. If you unsubscribe before then, your entry is removed.
Limit: one entry per person and one entry per email address. Entering again with the same address does not add another entry. Anyone who enters with more than one email address, a fake identity, a bot, script or other automated method may be disqualified, and all of that person's entries will be void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or sent through any other method will not be accepted.
People who enter online are also offered a free digital copy of The Easy High-Protein Dinner Playbook by email. Claiming the Playbook is not required to enter and does not change anyone's chances of winning.
One (1) prize will be awarded: the Chefitt Chef Kit, a box of kitchen tools and gear chosen by the Sponsors. The approximate retail value of the prize is $100. The contents of the kit are not announced before delivery. The Sponsors may substitute any item with one of equal or greater value.
The prize ships free to the winner's address in the United States. The winner may not transfer the prize or exchange it for cash or another prize. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
On or about December 1, 2026, the Sponsors will choose one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries, using a computer random number generator. The Sponsors will draw two alternate winners in the same drawing, in case the potential winner is disqualified or does not respond. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries at the end of the Entry Period. The Sponsors' decisions about the Giveaway are final.
The potential winner will be notified by email, at the email address they entered with, within 3 days after the drawing. To claim the prize, the potential winner must reply within 7 days with their full name and a US shipping address and confirm that they meet the eligibility rules. The Sponsors may ask the potential winner to sign a declaration of eligibility.
If the potential winner does not reply in time, the notification email bounces, or the potential winner is not eligible or does not follow these rules, the prize is forfeited and the next alternate is contacted the same way. The Sponsors will never ask a winner to pay a fee or share bank or card details to claim the prize.
With the winner's permission, the Sponsors may share the winner's first name, last initial and state in the Chefitt newsletter and on Chefitt's social media accounts.
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsors' decisions. Entrants release the Sponsors and Meta Platforms, Inc., along with their officers, employees and agents, from any claims arising from taking part in the Giveaway or from receiving or using the prize.
The Sponsors are not responsible for entries or emails that are lost, late, misdirected or filtered as spam, or for technical problems with computers, networks or email delivery. If fraud, technical failures or anything else outside the Sponsors' control harms the fairness of the Giveaway, the Sponsors may change, suspend or cancel it and draw the winner from the eligible entries received before that point.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Every entrant releases Meta from any liability related to the Giveaway. The information you give us goes to the Sponsors, not to Meta.
We use your email address to run the Giveaway and to send the Chefitt newsletter, as described in our Privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
